25th October, 1939, at 8 a.m. suffering from 2 round wounds on the buttock these wounds were apparently continuous and looked inflamed. X-ray examination showed no bullet or foreign

No bony body but the wounds were definitely due to gunshot.

Treatment was satisfactory and patient was discharged

from hospital this morning •
